The FixHRs has been contracted to assist a leading uniform rentals and workplace supplies provider to fill a Regional Account Executive position supporting Cherry Hill, NJ, Philadelphia, PA and Smyrna, DE respective areas.


The Regional Account Executive (RAE) is responsible for identifying and securing high-profile regional account opportunities through rental and direct sales. This role involves both phone and in-person customer interactions to develop and maintain strong business relationships.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Achieving annual sales quotas for new business.
  • Managing and updating an Electronic Contact Management System.
  • Communicating with prospects and customers via email, phone, and other channels.
  • Qualifying and reporting on corporate account opportunities.
  • Monitoring contract status for Fortune 1,000 businesses within the territory.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve margins and enhance customer processes.
  • Preparing monthly reports on activity levels and results.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5-7 years of B2B outside sales experience (industry experience preferred).
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to engage with executives across various industries.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • License: Valid driver's license required.


Pay ranges will vary by region. Rates starting at 60K+ with commission.
